Being coupled is a growth opportunity for both partners. The difficulty is often perceived as something that needs to change within the relationship when it is actually an opportunity for immense personal growth. Through understanding each partner and the dance of their individual emotions, we practice skills that work toward mutual understanding. When you are able to understand your partner, it helps with every area. This, of course, doesn’t mean that any form of therapy is a magic fix, but helping you unpack your emotions is paramount in this process!
We believe that you are deserving of love and belonging and that sometimes we get lost. We don’t want you to be stuck in a perpetual cycle of therapist after therapist, trying to figure out how to unpack your emotions. We want you healthy, and ready to move on to the next step in your life. We want you to have the freedom to say, “I unpacked that!”
